- Scope is limited to the review and deliverables stated on this page. Work outside that scope — additional entities, periods, or a materially changed brief — is agreed separately before it begins.
- Required documents
- Latest audited financial statements or management accounts
- Existing business plan, pitch materials or data room, if one exists
- Cap table and prior funding history, where relevant
